Loop Tools Add-on
For ‘Loop Tools Add-on’, Go to Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → search for loop. Tick to Loop Tools.
You can see the location where will be the add-on.

Note: You can see ‘Loop Tools’ in ‘Edit Mode’ only.

Bridge/Loft
Step 1: Select two faces or edges.

Step 2: Click on ‘Bridge of Loft’.
