The fresh and healthy water, consisting of minerals and gasses, has a type of taste and is good for health when we drink this water, our tongue feels good.
If this fresh water is boiled, those gasses go out by evaporating. And Bi carbonates which are in liquid state, by separating, change as insoluble carbonates. Because of boiling, it loses its taste and becomes tasteless.
Fresh water consists of a type of taste and the boiled water doesn’t consist of any taste.
This is the difference between before boiling the water (drinking water) and after boiling the water.
