Because there is no gem has the brightness like diamond has. \nThe diamond is only the brightest gemstone in all gemstones. That is why\n it is used in weddings also. Because the brightness is symbol of happy.\n People desire that the married couple should live happily forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And there is a proverb in Telugu \n\u201cVajranni Vajramthone Koyali\u201d (Diamond should be cut with the diamond \nonly). Because, there is no tool to cut the diamond, it is fact also. \nDiamond is very strongest and hardest gemstone. If we construct the wall by giving the spaces between\n the brick to brick and arranging them however we like, that wall won\u2019t \nbe strong and it may crack and destroy. If we construct the wall by \narranging the bricks in an order and systematically, it will be very \nstrong. Here you have to keep in mind that in this walls only bricks are\n used but the arrangement of bricks is different. And \nwe know very well about the charcoal. Having the same atoms, why is the \ndiamond very harder than the charcoal and what is the reason for it? The\n reason is the arrangement of atoms. This is the reason for hardness of diamond. To know the diamond\u2019s hardness, Mohs scale is used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mohs_Scale\"><\/span><strong>Mohs Scale:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Mohs scale has 10 numbers. It shows\n from softest to hardest it means hardest increases till 10. 10 is the \nhardest grade.
