Hello, in this article, you will learn a technique that will help you a lot. I am showing gold design on wood in this article. You can use any material instead of wood for example you can use cloth textures or stone textures. By practicing and applying the textures you will get more ideas and you can increase your creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019 start..<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Step: 1 – Take a plane, and unwrap the UV. Add a material. Click on the \u2018Material Preview\u2019 mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step: 2 – Go to the \u2018Shader Editor\u2019. Add the \u2018Mix Shader\u2019 node. Connect the \u2018Shader\u2019 of the \u2018Mix Shader\u2019 to \u2018Surface\u2019 of the \u2018Material Output\u2019 node. Add two \u2018Principled BSDF\u2019 nodes. Connect the \u2018BSDF\u2019 of two \u2018Principled BSDF\u2019 nodes to the two \u2018Shader\u2019s of the \u2018Mix Shader\u2019 node as shown in the below image. Add a \u2018Color Ramp\u2019 node.\u00a0 Connect the \u2018Color\u2019 of the \u2018Color Ramp\u2019 node to the \u2018Fac\u2019 of the \u2018Mix Shader\u2019 node as shown in the below image node.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step: 3 – Drag and drop the image which you want the design as gold coated to the \u2018Shader Editor\u2019. Connect the \u2018Color\u2019 of the image to the \u2018Fac\u2019 of the \u2018Color Ramp\u2019. Set the \u2018Non-Color\u2019 in the \u2018Color Space\u2019 in the image texture as shown in the below image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step: 4 – Select the above \u2018Principled BSDF\u2019, and apply the wood texture images. For applying the images to the \u2018Principled BSDF\u2019 go through this article: Click he<\/a>re<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step: 5 – Select the below \u2018Principled BSDF\u2019, and change the \u2018Base Color\u2019 to similar to the \u2018Gold color\u2019. Change the \u2018Metallic\u2019 value from 0 to 1. Change the \u2018Roughness\u2019 value to 0. Change IOR Level to 1 in the \u2018Specular\u2019. See the below image for the values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
