Are you looking for the sake of how the keyboard use as a mouse?

December 30, 2015

To clear this question, I have answer for you and it is very easy to run after. But my answer to this question works only if you use Windows OS, otherwise, it will not work. Read it if you are only user of Windows OS. So, if you are looking for the sake of keyboard usage as a mouse for other OS, better not to read this article and search for another which is related to you.

Very often users face that failure of mouse working while operating computer. If your questions are that your mouse is not working properly or it has stopped permanently, answer and solution is only one. One more thing is to say that I have often heard this problem from many persons. Their questions and failure of mouse problem made me write this article. And I thought there might be many people who were facing this problem.

We know very well that Windows OS 7 is very famous OS than other Windows’s OSs.

Set in:

First of all click on start menu which will be the left corner on the taskbar (If the task bar is adjusted to bottom of the desktop).

After clicking on that, click on “Control Panel” which is in the start menu. On clicking, control panel window will open.

Look around for “Ease of access”. After opening that window, you see some options on that window. Now click on the name of “Ease of Access Center”. After clicking on it, you see another menu on that window. Look around for “Make the Keyboard easier to use”, and click on it.

Many options will appear in front of you on that window. Tick to “Turn on Mouse Keys” which will be below the “Control the mouse with the keyboard”.

After ticking to it, click on the “apply” button which will be the corner of that window. After clicking on it, click “OK” button.

That’s it! You have successfully set up your keyboard as your mouse.

Your keyboard mouse is now ready to use. Whenever you log on, it will start automatically.

How to use?

You can move your mouse pointer by using 2, 4, 6, 8 buttons of the number pad of keyboard (They will be right side of keyboard as the set). You can open anything by pressing 5 button of the number pad. [NOTE: Number buttons, which will be above English letters, will not work to move mouse pointer.]

To move mouse pointer fast:

Press the numbers along with CTRL button to move fast your mouse pointer.
